Measurements and fit

Depths and widths are typical ranges. Your height, bust, shoulder width and the pattern your tailor uses decide the final shape. Ask your darzi to try a sample or mark the neckline in chalk before cutting.

Fabrics and trims

Advice on fabrics and trims is general. Check washing instructions for each fabric and trim, and test colourfast trims before stitching them onto light fabrics.
